Blazer Jobs is partnering with a supportive Indiana school community to fill a full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position in Valparaiso, Indiana for the 20252026 school year.
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate professional dedicated to improving communication skills and enhancing academic success for students across grade levels.
About the Role
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders. Youll collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to create inclusive learning environments that promote student growth and confidence.
You will:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy sessions and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with IEP teams to set and achieve measurable goals
- Document services and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Offer consultation and support to educators and parents to foster effective communication strategies
Qualifications
- Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist License (required)
- CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellowship eligibility
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $40$52 per hour (based on experience and certification)
- Full-time W-2 contract | 37.5 hours per week
